A blend of mobility, agility, strength training, and cardio: this body weight class will give you the building blocks to move better and perform at you best- whether that's tackling a mountain lion or you Monday meetings. Fall Program offerings:
Tired of being a grown-up? This day is for you. Join us for a 45 minute gamified boot camp followed by an afternoon of rolling lawn games, slacklines, frisbee, and schmoozing. Join for a workout, stay to play, and make new friends.
The boot camp is all-levels. Sweat and joy are guaranteed. Bring a game, buds, and snacks to share (or not).
