Variety of fitness equipment
Fitness Boot camp is a fitness class that is designed to cut fat an and gain strength, mobility, stamina and lean muscle.   This program will contain a large variety of workouts and exercises to ensure that you stay motivated and on track to reach your personal goals.  Each class will be roughly 45 minutes to an hour long. Whether you are at the beginning of your journey or you are looking to change up your workout routine this is the class for you.
