Open Air Fitness- The open air is your group space. Weekly classes open to our community in Perry Park. Built for every experience level. Built for every body. Drop in or Join our unlimited membership. All body weight, scalable activities and participants may pre register online or drop in and register on the spot via tablet provided by the instructor.

Labor Day Weekend 

  • Sunday Boot Camp 10-10:45am: First class Sunday, June 5th -November 24th 
    • In-Person Only
    • Location Perry Park: 355 Washington St, Somerville, MA 02143
    • Grab your sun block. This body weight class will give you the building blocks to move better and perform at your best - whether that’s tackling a mountain lion or your Monday TPS reports. Expect a well-rounded 45 minute class that is open to all levels and capabilities.

  • Monday HIIT Remix  6-7pm: First Class Monday, June 6th - July 29th 
      • LIVE STREAM & IN-PERSON OPTION
      • This is a high-powered workout born of creativity, challenge, and fun. Engage your mind and body through a dose of cardio and strength, with a twisted side of burpees for good measure. Each week will bring a new format to keep you on your toes. Members can expect options to tailor the workout to meet your personal needs. Classes are all-levels and body weight. Bring your smile, bring your burpees.

  • Tuesday Core 6-6:45pm: Starts June 7th - September 24th 
        • LIVE STREAM & IN-PERSON OPTION
        • This all-levels class requires just your mat. Strengthen your abs & back muscles for improved posture & performance. We integrate pilates/yoga, & body-weight training into a circuit that leaves your midsection deliciously sore.

  • Tuesday Express Stretch 6:45- 7pm: Starts August 5th  
        • Hybrid 
        • 15 Minutes: An approachable way to nourish your movement.  This class is perfect for non-committal stretchers and will leave you ready to tackle a mountain lion or your marathon Zoom meetings. Bring your mat and a friend.

  • Wednesday Midweek Mobility Yoga 6:30-7pm: Starts June 5th - September 25th
          • In-Person Only
          • Feeling stiff as a brick? We've got you! The class combines gentle stretches and range-of-motion exercises to improve your flexibility and muscular balance with body awareness instruction.  Improve your movement intuition through understanding and moving through stiffness, tightness, and muscular release. Building this intuition not only means less painful movement throughout the rest of your week (which we ALL love), but also equips you with long-term recovery tools to nurture your body and mind. All experience and movement backgrounds are welcome. BYOM (bring your own mat) recommended.
