Registering for this program gives your Teen free access to our programming at Powderhouse, which is an extension from last years Art Haus and Umbrella Programs. This is a drop in teen center, teens that are registered are not required to attend--this allows for them to have the option to attend our drop in center. We will have arts and crafts supplies and projects available, video games, snacks, dinner, and monthly special events! This program is still an identified safe space for LGBTQIA+ teens and youth, however is open to anyone in the Teen Community!
By registering for the Powderhouse Teen Center, you are agreeing to all policies and procedures found in the Teen Center Handbook.
The Somerville Parks and Recreation Teen Centers follow the Somerville Public School Calendar, and are therfore only open when school is open (no school holidays, school vacation weeks, weekends, etc.). Any questions please contact Brooke, call/text 857-300-3272 or email

FREE DINNER FRIDAYS-- between 3-4 pm teens will be served dinner from a local restaurant!
